Meanwhile, the TaqMan probe with high specificity was combined with thecorresponding nucleic acid fragment, and hydrolyzed under the action of TaqMan exonuclease activity to generate fluorescence signal. According to the relationship between fluorescence signal and the number of amplification cycles, the real-time amplification curve could be obtained.
