Puerarin has the effects of lowering blood sugar, regulating blood lipids, protecting blood vessels, resisting oxidative stress, anti-infection, and improving sensitivity index, and has fewer adverse reactions. It is known as "phytoestrogens" and is clinically used to treat the heart and brain.
